Do applicants have to leave our website?

No. Clubs keep their existing application page and post submissions to the ingest API. As far as an applicant is concerned, nothing changed.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Every club gets a subdomain immediately, and a custom domain can be pointed at it. QR codes encode a base URL you control, so a printed poster keeps working when the domain changes.

Is my data private to my organization?

Yes, your data is private to your organization.

How do we get started?

Clubs are onboarded by hand right now, so there is no self-serve signup. Get in touch and you will have a working pipeline and an admin invite the same day.
